◎About cancellations, returns, and changes

・Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or changes due to customer circumstances, so please be careful when placing your order.

◎About exchanges and returns

・Please note that as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

-However, if the product is damaged during delivery, we will immediately deliver a similar product. In this case, the additional shipping costs will be borne by the management office.

-In the unlikely event that a replacement product is not available, we will refund the product price.

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

-Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days

- Returns due to customer circumstances (wrong order, different from the image, size does not fit, etc.)

- Items returned without prior notification

- If the product shows signs of use, such as damage, stains, or odors (perfume/cigarettes, etc.)

- If the product has been opened, washed/repaired, or the product tag is lost or damaged

- Products that are clearly marked as non-exchangeable/non-returnable in advance

*We will only exchange for the ordered product. It is not possible to change to another product, change options, or exchange for a product of the same price.

*If the product is out of stock or out of production, we may refund the price of the product.

◎Other precautions and considerations

- For set products (products made up of multiple items), we may exchange the entire set product or only the defective item. This varies depending on the product and situation, so please check the information after contacting us for details.

・Replacement products will be delivered to the address you registered at the time of ordering.

- If the applicable product or component item is random, the exchanged item will also be random. We do not accept requests, so we will only respond if you agree.

・Products may have a protective film attached. Please remove the protective film and check the product condition.

◎About long-term absence/refusal of receipt

・If the customer refuses to receive the order due to personal reasons (including long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.), the order will be treated as a cancellation.

- If you repeatedly engage in behavior that clearly disrupts business operations, such as intentionally refusing to receive payment, we may suspend your future use of this service.
